Lambton County Addiction Services
Lambton County Addiction Services is a program funded through the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, and sponsored by Bluewater Health. The service provides alcohol, drug and gambling assessments to residents of Sarnia-Lambton.
Programs are provided individually or in groups. There are youth and adult programs, concurrent disorder, remedial measures, problem gambling, community presentations, consultations for in-patients, and professional consultations/education services. Lambton County Addiction Services is available from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday, with some evening sessions available. Referrals are from any source, including self-referrals.

Problem Gambling Services
Problem Gambling Services are free of charge and confidential; anyone can self-refer. We provide individual counselling sessions and follow-up groups that support changes aimed at developing a healthier lifestyle in every area of a person’s life. Education is provided to help individuals understand the addictive nature of gambling as well as triggers, myths and risk factors that lead to problem gambling. We can also refer to one of four residential treatment programs located in Ontario.
