The Complex Continuing Care Units at Bluewater Health provide care for patients whose medical conditions are such that a multidisciplinary healthcare team is required to meet the needs of the person.These patients require a level of care and continuous therapeutic intervention which exceeds the level of care available from community services or long-term care facility.
