On January 1, 2010 Bluewater Health rolled out training for all staff, volunteers and physicians, on the customer service component of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). The e-learning course provides information on how to interact with persons with disabilities, in addition to an overview of the Bluewater Health Customer Service Policy.
