As Vice President, Care Transitions for Bluewater Health, and Chief Executive Officer for Lambton Elderly Outreach (LEO), Lisa assumes accountability for a diversified portfolio of corporate, clinical, and clinical support services – with an emphasis on external relations with community support service partners. In her integrated executive role, she reports to the President & CEO of Bluewater Health, as well as the Board of Directors at LEO.

Regan, a registered nurse, has held a decades-long career with Bluewater Health, having first started in Sarnia’s St. Joseph’s Hospital as an ICU nurse. She has held various leadership positions at Bluewater Health over the last 33 years. She holds a nursing degree and Masters of Nursing from the University of Windsor. She also holds a certificate in LEADS Leadership, Lean Greenbelt and masters in project management.

Most recently, Lisa held the position of Director of Emergency Services and Care Transitions. She is commended for her dedication and commitment having led and overseen critical care and emergency services through the historically challenging years of the COVID-19 pandemic. Lisa also played a key role during the pivotal period of transitioning services to one hospital in Sarnia. She worked diligently with all hospital departments and effectively led a smooth transition plan for all patients and staff to the new hospital location.

In addition to her work at the hospital, Lisa is a board director on VON foundation board.
