Shannon Landry

As Chief Nursing Executive, Shannon contributes to the overall strategic direction and operational oversight of the nursing and clinical practice for the delivery of excellent patient and family-centred care. 

She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from her increasingly complex roles at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre in Barrie, the North Simcoe Muskoka LHIN, and William Osler Health System in Brampton. She joined Bluewater Health from Stevenson Memorial Hospital in Alliston, where she was Chief Nursing Officer, Vice President Paramedical and Clinical Patient Services. 

Shannon has been the executive lead for many community partnerships and integrated models focused on equitable access to care, including Health Links. She has a Masters in Nursing with a focus on nursing administration, and a passion for exceptional patient and family-centred care, patient and staff engagement, cultural sensitivity, and highest quality outcomes. Shannon brings volunteer governance experience from two boards of directors on which she served.
