To ensure our patients continue to receive great care, we must have a path to guide our progress and priorities into the future.Bluewater Health’s strategic planning process was launched in Spring 2008 as part of the Board of Director’s commitment to proactively plan for the future of health care in Sarnia-Lambton, and an overall corporate renewal process to determine priority areas to focus on over the next 3 years. The highly consultative process involved input and participation from our Board, Foundations, staff, physicians, volunteers, community partners and the public.
Based on their valuable feedback, a number of components were drafted which helped to form the basis of Bluewater Health’s new strategic plan and we mapped out five strategic priorities to lead our efforts through 2012. These strategies are intended to reinforce our new mission - to create exemplary healthcare experiences for patients and families every time.
