The purpose of the Standards of Performance Excellence is to enhance and promote an atmosphere of mutual trust, respect, teamwork, and pride, which are vital to the success of Bluewater Health.
These standards were developed by a team of staff members to support our vision of being the best community hospital in Ontario. The standards provide guidance for each Bluewater Health team member as we work collectively to offer excellent patient care and foster a positive work environment:
