New Beginnings Club
New Beginnings ABI & Stroke Recovery Association provides support to Survivors of Stroke and Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), their families and Caregivers.
Our Adult Day Programs provide Survivors the opportunity to participate in social experiences such as arts & crafts, exercise, woodworking, educational opportunities and vocational training.
Our trained staff assist members to re-learn lost physical and mental abilities and assist with the coordination of post-injury care.

After Stroke, is a personalized stroke recovery program that helps survivors and their families move forward after stroke - finding help that’s right for you, when you need it.
March of Dimes Canada offers an After Stroke Virtual Community Conversation, Peer Support, Education and Resources – a place for stroke survivors and caregivers can share knowledge, resources, challenges, and triumphs.
