Vice-Chair

Marg became involved with the Bluewater Health Board of Directors when she was appointed as a non-director committee member on the Resource Utilization and Audit Committee (RUAC) in June 2013. She was appointed to the Board of Directors in June 2015, and has since served on all Board Sub-Committees, and as Treasurer of the Board and Chair of the Resource Utilization and Audit Committeee.  In June 2020, Marg was appointed Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors and is currently a member of the Quality and Resource Utilization and Audit Committtees.

Marg has been a Sarnia resident since 1978. Her early career was in the local petrochemical industry where she held successively more senior positions in Finance, Information Technology and Human Resources.  She joined Lambton College in 1996 as Vice-President Finance & Administration, the position from which she retired in 2019.  

Over the years Marg has volunteered with numerous charitable organizations, serving on the Boards of the United Way, Family Counselling Centre, Big Sisters, Canadian Cancer Society, Huron House Boys’ Home Foundation, and the YMCA of Sarnia/Lambton where she served as President.

Marg is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA CA) and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo. She and her husband Ed have two daughters and three grandchildren.
