  • Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC)

  • Employee resilience

Home and Community Care has also supported Vision with four staff, care coordinators and PSWs, with an additional four staff to be deployed by the end of this week.

“This collaboration between Bluewater Health and Vision Nursing Home is based in the common goal of returning the 146 bed home to a place of continued health and caring. The wellness of the Vision staff and residents is the driving impetus behind the partnership,” commented Shannon Landry, Chief Nursing Executive. “Vision is well known for their loving care… and we want to help support them to get back to a place where that can be the focus, not this virus.”
