Bluewater Health Welcomes New Radiologist

Tuesday, September 5, 2023 - 2:18pm

Bluewater Health is pleased to announce that a new radiologist, Dr. Sohaib Munir, has joined its Professional Staff.

Dr. Munir completed his medical degree at Queen’s University, followed by specialty training in Diagnostic Radiology at Western University and a Musculoskeletal Radiology Fellowship at McMaster University. Prior to starting full time at Bluewater Health, Dr. Munir was practicing at Hamilton Health Sciences and providing after-hours coverage at Bluewater Health.

"I had heard much about Bluewater Health's outstanding work environment, its commitment to patient care, and its fantastic community,” said Dr. Munir. “My experiences confirmed just as much, if not more. It is a privilege to join the team!"

“We are always focused on ensuring that we have specialists to meet the needs of our community,” said Dr. Mike Haddad, Chief of Staff at Bluewater Health. “We have an excellent Diagnostic Imaging department, and I am very pleased that Dr. Munir has chosen to practice at Bluewater Health.”
