Bluewater Health, in consultation with Lambton Public Health, has declared a COVID-19 outbreak at Ryan’s House, Bluewater Health’s second-stage withdrawal management facility located on Exmouth Street in Sarnia.
Less than five clients have tested positive. At this time, no staff cases have resulted from the outbreak. Additional infection control measures have been put in place.
Bluewater Health currently has 12 COVID-positive patients in hospital.
An outbreak was declared on the Cognitively Complex Continuing Care Unit on August 9, 2022 – with five patients testing positive and less than five staff infections related to the outbreak.
