Bluewater Health’s Prostate Cancer Clinic is dedicated to the care and treatment of men with prostate cancer and their families.
Our multidisciplinary team provides full wrap-around services for men and the clinic focuses on timely assessment, treatment and surveillance; patient and family support; and education, particularly in the areas of physical, emotional and sexual health. Other services include biopsy, active surveillance, radical prostatectomy, hormone treatments, and chemotherapy.
Prostate cancer patients have the benefit of access to a Patient Navigator and the benefit of a Drug Access Facilitator who provides onsite pharmacy services which deliver treatments to patients during their appointments to reduce costs and wait times for patients. They also have access to services and specialists in oncology and palliative care.
Referrals to Bluewater Health’s Prostate Cancer Clinic, or Urologist can be made by your primary care provider (physician or Nurse Practitioner) directly to the Urologist’s office.
